Recently, a customer from Australian visited our factory in search of a highly secure transport solution for their regional power projects. During the visit, the client outlined their primary operational challenges: transporting extremely expensive mobile substations across bumpy roads and routes with strict height restrictions. They highlighted that the high value of the cargo makes any severe vibration, risk of rolling over during sharp turns, or overhead collisions completely unacceptable. To protect the expensive substation from bumpy road conditions and overhead obstacles, this trailer is equipped with a heavy-duty independent hydraulic suspension system. This hydraulic setup actively absorbs road shocks and allows the chassis to raise or lower significantly. When encountering height-restricted bridges, the operator can lower the entire trailer profile to pass safely. On uneven terrains, the suspension compensates automatically to keep the highly sensitive cargo perfectly level and vibration-free.

Simultaneously, to address the tight corners on regional access roads and eliminate rollover risks, the trailer features a sophisticated multi-axle hydraulic steering mechanism. All 7 wheel bogies steer synchronously based on the turning angle of the truck. This drastic reduction in the turning radius ensures that the extremely long transport combination can smoothly negotiate sharp bends without swaying or scrubbing tires. Furthermore, the dedicated rear control panel allows operators to precisely monitor and adjust hydraulic pressure during critical transit phases, adding an essential layer of security.
