Recently, a customer from Malaysia visited our factory to find a safer transport solution for their large machinery. During the visit, the client explained their main problem: loading heavy equipment using standard rear ramps is difficult and highly dangerous. The steep angle often causes large machines to slip or tip over. By simply operating the hydraulic system, the gooseneck completely detaches from the trailer, allowing the front deck to drop flat onto the ground. This creates a very low and gentle incline. Operators can safely and easily drive heavy excavators or dozers directly onto the deck from the front. It completely eliminates the rollover risks associated with rear climbing and makes the loading and unloading process much faster.
