In the heavy-haul industry, transporting 80-ton plus mining excavators, bulldozers, or crawler cranes faces insurmountable physical bottlenecks with traditional rear ramp loading. First is the rollover risk: Even with extended folding ramps, the center of gravity shift during the climb creates a massive "seesaw effect." If the tracks slip, the equipment can easily roll over. Second is the fatal over-height issue: Excavators are incredibly tall. If forced onto a standard high-deck trailer, the overall vehicle height will likely exceed highway bridge regulations, resulting in massive fines or making route planning impossible.
Hydraulic Removable Gooseneck (RGN) technology completely subverts heavy loading logic. It uses a hydraulic system to completely decouple the gooseneck from the main trailer deck.

When the prime mover pulls the detached gooseneck away, the front of the trailer's deck "lays flat" on the ground. Heavy equipment doesn't climb a ramp; it drives straight onto the deck at a near 0° angle. This makes loading absolutely safe and lowers the equipment's center of gravity to the physical limit (drop-deck design), perfectly avoiding height-limit risks.
The core of RGN lies not only in the hydraulic docking but in extreme bending resistance. After loading, powerful hydraulic cylinders lift the fully loaded deck, and high-strength mechanical Locking Pins engage to form a rigid connection. To prove this reliability, our trailers undergo rigorous factory load testing.

High-Yield Strength Steel: Our RGN main beams use high-yield structural steel like Q460 or T700. This ensures extreme torsional resistance when carrying massive point loads, preventing permanent deformation.
Top-Tier Hydraulic Redundancy: Utilizing large-bore cylinders and high-pressure hoses from renowned brands, our systems ensure smooth, snag-free lifting even in harsh environments.
Customizable Ground Clearance: We offer various deck ground clearance options based on your local regulations, capable of achieving ultra-low clearances to bypass low bridges.
Q: How long does it take to detach and re-attach the RGN?
A: With a skilled operator, a single driver using the hydraulic control valves can typically complete the detachment or re-attachment process within 10 to 15 minutes, significantly boosting fleet efficiency.
Q: Can I operate the hydraulic gooseneck if my prime mover doesn't have a PTO?
A: Yes. HUAYUE can equip the RGN trailer with an independent diesel power unit. This allows the trailer's hydraulic system to operate completely independently of the prime mover.
Q: Will the bottom of the deck be damaged by scraping the ground?
A: No. We engineer thickened wear-resistant steel skid plates onto the bottom of the front deck to take all the friction, fully protecting the main beam structure.
